Meet Mycah, one of our CFIs and co-founder of Blitz Aviation! After playing college football and earning a degree in social science, he shifted gears and discovered his passion for flying. He completed all his ratings (PPL–CFII) in under a year. Inspired by his mom, a flight attendant, Mycah’s goal is to travel the world and help make Blitz the best flight school in the West.

Michael Pittman Jr.

Co-Founder

Michael Pittman Jr. is a professional NFL wide receiver currently playing for the Indianapolis Colts. Beyond football, he's also pursuing a passion for aviation. Alongside his brother Mycah Pittman, Michael co-founded Blitz Aviation. Inspired by Mycah’s rapid success in aviation, Michael is currently working toward his Private Pilot License (PPL).

Avery started his flight training at Bowling Green State University, where he graduated, and has since been growing his flight experience by instructing, cropdusting, and other various forms of flying. Avery has accumulated over 800 hours of flying in various planes and even has one of his own. Outside of aviation, he likes all the things living in Utah has to offer.

Ruby Hutchinson

Meet Ruby, our Front Desk Manager and the friendly face that keeps Blitz running smoothly! From scheduling lessons to giving tours and welcoming new students, she’s your go-to for just about everything. A licensed private pilot, Ruby moved to Florida after high school to pursue her aviation dreams. While she’s working toward earning more ratings, she’s also preparing for a future in medicine with plans to become a Physician Assistant. When she’s not at the airport, you’ll find her powerlifting, snowboarding, or planning her next adventure.
